Register 0x02 (TRX_STATE):
The radio transceiver states are controlled via register bits TRX_CMD, which receives the state
transition commands.
This register is used for Basic and Extended Operating Mode, refer to Section 7.2 “Extended
Operating Mode” on page 47 .
